Curious about the role? What your typical day would look like?

As a SAP Functional Consultant, you will Design, configure, and customize SAP Finance Processes. Work to solve some of the most complex and captivating SAP data management problems that would enable them as a data-driven organization; Seamlessly switch between roles of an Individual Contributor, team member, and SAP Functional as demanded by each project to define, design, and deliver actionable insights.

Implement, customize, and configure SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to facilitate various financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing business processes, and design SAP FICO solutions that align with business needs and adhere to regulatory standards and best practices.
Configure SAP FICO module settings, including chart of accounts, posting periods, document types, tax codes, and currency settings, to support financial operations and reporting requirements.
Integrate SAP FICO module with other SAP modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP) to enable seamless end-to-end business processes.
Collaborate with the SAP Data team for SAP Finance data extraction
Prepare comprehensive design and functional documentation to document SAP FICO configurations and customizations.
Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to validate the quality and accuracy of SAP FICO configurations and customizations.
Provide training and support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO-related issues, and create user documentation and training materials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as SAP Basis, ABAP development, and business analysts to address technical issues, implement system enhancements, and optimize SAP FICO performance.
Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO module updates, new features, and industry best practices to enhance SAP FICO system functionality and drive business value effectively.

Job Requirement

What do we expect?

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP FI or SAP CO, are advantageous.

Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance and Controlling modules within large-scale enterprise environments.
Comprehensive understanding of SAP FICO module functionalities, including configuration, integration, and customization, with a preference for experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Profound knowledge of finance and accounting principles, financial reporting requirements, and business processes, with the capability to translate business needs into SAP FICO solutions effectively.
Familiarity with SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM, PP, as well as third-party systems. Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP HANA is desirable.
Previous collaboration with data migration teams for SAP data extraction, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Strong project management abilities, including task prioritization, multitasking across multiple projects, and delivering outcomes within set timelines and budgets.
