· Strategic Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current processes

and identify areas for improvement and optimization across multiple technology

programs.

· Effort Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize resource allocation, streamline

workflows, and enhance productivity across developments, enhancements, support

and other work streams.

· Process Design: Define clear and actionable process steps, break down complex

activities into manageable tasks, evaluate resource requirements, team mix, and skill

sets, and develop a detailed plan to achieve targeted process efficiency levels.

·  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

including analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders to

implement process improvements and ensure alignment with business goals and

client expectations.

·  Performance Monitoring: Establish robust process monitoring and governance

mechanisms, including key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and dashboards,

to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement

initiatives.

·  Leadership and Mentoring: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team

members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence in

process optimization methodologies and best practices.

·  Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to develop long-term strategies and

roadmaps for process optimization across several programs, ensuring scalability,

sustainability, and alignment with organizational goals.

·  Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging

technologies, and best practices in process optimization, lean methodologies, agile

practices, and data-driven decision-making, and leverage this knowledge to drive

innovation and efficiency gains.
