Curious about the role? What your typical day would look like?
As a Principal Architect, you will work to solve some of the most complex and captivating data management problems that would enable them as a data-driven organization; Seamlessly switch between roles of an Individual Contributor, team member, and an Architect as demanded by each project to define, design, and deliver actionable insights.

On a typical day, you might
· Operate as a thought leader with the ability to guide, influence, and inspire peak performance across the data architecture design and ETL/ELT functions
· Execute proof of concepts to assess strategic opportunities and future, next-generation data processing and integration capabilities with a focus on recommending scalable, elastic and extensible solutions that yield positive ROI
· Make sound architectural decisions across relational, multi-dimensional, cloud and distributed and object- based storage platforms
· Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews
· Work closely with the sales team on proposals, solutions and strategies to meet performance targets that are aligned to Tigers performance targets
· Work closely with marketing to build collateral and interface with recruitment teams to help identify and recruit the right talent to scale the practices
· Architecting and building data integration design, core integration features, data management, data governance, data quality assessment and other related areas as a part of ETL/ELT integration solutions across data engineering
· Uphold highest standard for ETL/ELT jobs/Queries/Code/Scripts
· Maintain a high performing team and focus on growing team members to be customer focussed risk takers and future leaders
· Technical leader who is able to lead both technology and people to achieve their full potential
· Improving team on current technologies as well as identifying new areas to create competencies
· Participate in pre-sales, discovery and proof of concepts as required
Job Requirement
 
What do we expect? Skills that we’d love!
· More than 16+ years of direct experience in ETL/ELT based solutions and building practice around these solutions
· At least 7-8 years direct experience in working on hybrid environment (Data Integrations, ETL to ELT migrations)
· Experience in leading a ETL/ELT CoE practice including automations, frameworks, best practices, POC, MVP, pre-sales, support
· Experience on data integration tools and technologies
· Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
· Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional matrix environment
· Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addressees
· Able to quickly learn new technologies as they become prevalent and widely implemented including decision making, time management, and task prioritization
· Ability to travel if required to work with customer and project teams
· Good understanding / work experience on Data Architecture, Modelling and Transformation.
· Expertise on data handling at various scales & BI
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
