About the role
- Drive innovative AI initiatives for clients leveraging the latest tools and technology
- Ideate, prototype and develop AI solutions for enterprise problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
- Partner with product teams to identify opportunities where AI can solve user problems or create value.
- Translate technical possibilities into intuitive, user-focused AI products
- Hands on experience with Generative AI, Gen AI Agents, Large scale machine learning systems
- Strong software development background and experience
- Self-driven to pick up and drive initiatives with the latest and evolving technologies
- Knowledge and understanding of enterprise data and AI platforms
- Demonstrated experience in going from ideas to MVP in agile and quick manner while working a group of talented developers, AI engineers, product managers and client teams
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in software development, platforms, and system architecture.
- Hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI model development.
- Strong command of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Data Science Skills: Experience in statistical modelling, data wrangling, and visualization tools.
- Client Engagement: Track record of working directly with clients to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Note: The designation will be commensurate with expertise and experience. Compensation packages are among the best in the industry.
