About the role:
Tiger’s growing Banking Financial Services vertical seeks self-motivated AI/ML/Data Science and consulting professionals with domain expertise in the Banking and Financial Services space and strong technical skills for a challenging role in the Marketing and Customer Analytics area.
Responsibilities for this job include working with various clients to analyze, measure and recommend Marketing analytics solutions and Campaign performance measurement plans. The role also comes with a managerial responsibility to set and review tasks, perform QC, and to supervise, mentor and coach analysts in the team.
As part of larger Financial Services practice, you may get to work on a broad range of business-critical problems across various work streams. You will be engaging with clients and client partners to understand their business context, and work with a team of data scientists and engineers.

Responsibilities
1) Drive data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve customer targeting, and enhance campaign performance
2) Analyze large datasets, tracking key performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to drive Marketing decisions that supports business growth, customer engagement, and overall marketing for the Banking’s Retail and Commercial products
3) Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
4) Work with the clients and stakeholders to assist in setting the marketing analytics roadmap and present the analytical insights
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
1) Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Statistics / Mathematics, or Marketing
2) Post Graduate finance, economics or accounting qualifications, Marketing requirement
