1 .Tackle Complex Challenges:

Transform business problems into advanced analytical solutions using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Utilize strong quantitative aptitude and Excel skills to create rapid, impactful prototypes.

2. Partner with Clients:

 Build meaningful client relationships to deeply understand their challenges and

deliver tailored solutions.

 Navigate diverse stakeholder dynamics with clarity and professionalism.

3. Develop Scalable Solutions:

 Design and implement robust algorithms and machine learning models.

 Perform comprehensive data analyses to uncover actionable insights that inform

decision-making.

4. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

 Work closely with Consulting and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration

of data science solutions.

 Combine technical and functional expertise to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You Bring:

1. Technical Excellence:

 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Analytics.

 Proficiency in Python, regression, classification, optimization, SQL, and Excel.

 Exposure to distributed computing (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS,

Azure, GCP).

2. Business Savvy:

 Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.

 Experience in CPG and pricing analytics is a strong advantage.

3. Growth Mindset:

 A passion for learning, staying ahead of industry trends, and adapting to new

technologies
