As ‘Associate - IT Procurement, you will manage the IT products and services procurement for the
organization. You will be an individual contributor, working along with domain SMEs and managing
tasks relating to procurement including:
Procurement sourcing - Liaison with vendors, obtaining quotations, collation of proposals as
spreadsheets, comparison, presentation of the quotations etc, covering hardware, software,
Services, SaaS, Cloud and related domains
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Management – Managing P2P processes such as PR creation, preparation
issuance of Purchase Orders, delivery tracking, Proof of Delivery validation related coordination
with stakeholders, handling payment processes, tracking of payables etc
Budgeting - Liaison with internal stakeholders, vendors for Budgeting, prepare budgets as per
the organization process, monthly / quarterly reporting of Budget Vs Actuals position etc.
Asset Management - IT Asset management covering hardware, software licenses
Contracts Management - Tracking of AMC agreements, renewals, SaaS & Cloud services etc.
Document Management - Preparation and maintenance of files for Warranty/AMC records,
Invoices, Delivery challans, Assets inventory etc
MIS – MIS activities such as preparation of MIS reports, presentation to stakeholders
