Job Description: Mobile App Lead (React Native + Android/iOS/Kotlin)
Overview: We are hiring for an experienced Mobile App Lead with a strong grasp of React Native, native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development? We are looking for a dynamic individual who can lead from the front, drive cross-platform mobile development, and architect solutions that scale. Should be passionate about building high-performance, user-centric mobile apps and mentoring a team of developers.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile apps across React Native, iOS, and Android.
Collaborate with designers, backend teams, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless mobile experience.
Optimize performance and maintain high-quality code standards.
Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and native modules where needed.
Guide and mentor junior developers in mobile best practices and code quality.
Own the CI/CD pipeline for mobile deployments and manage store releases.
Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and security standards.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in mobile application development.
Strong expertise in React Native, Kotlin (Android), and Swift/Objective-C (iOS).
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, and mobile architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM).
Experience with native modules, bridging, and performance profiling.
Familiar with Xcode, Android Studio, Firebase, and analytics tools.
Experience working in agile/scrum environments with Git version control.
Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Leadership experience in mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
Experience with app distribution (Play Store, App Store), crash reporting, and monitoring tools.

Good to Have

Experience with hybrid technologies (Ionic, Cordova) or backend integration.
Familiarity with mobile security, biometric authentication, and offline data handling.
