Process Ownership and Execution:

  • Demonstrates complete ownership in ensuring delivery of retail pricing recommendations for various scenarios leveraging the best in class AI solutions
  • Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of pricing recommendations and the deliverables associated with these pricing recommendations
  • Constantly seeks out inefficiencies and patterns, driving continuous improvements to optimize operational effectiveness. Employ best practices to streamline delivery operations and ensure that the delivery meets best in class quality standards
  • Thrives on coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional teams—technology, product, data, and client stakeholders—to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Is committed to tackling issues head-on by quickly identifying challenges and escalating them to maintain uninterrupted workflows.
  • Has insatiable diligence in maintaining detailed operational trackers and dashboards, ensuring complete transparency and strict adherence to SLAs.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for pricing operations
  • Embraces growth and adaptability by expanding responsibilities to oversee operations for multiple clients and diverse use cases over time.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for pricing-related inquiries from clients, product teams & internal stakeholders
  • Actively work with the clients and internal stakeholders to set expectations on the timelines, delays and risks
  • Partner with product management to identify and integrate new product requirements into existing structures.
Team Management:
  • Manage a team from broad spectrum of practices like Consulting, Analysts, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, frontend and backend  engineers that support the deployment and maintenance of the pricing solution
  • Provide training and support to internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) on the pricing solution, tools, and processes.
  • Responsible for hiring & onboarding new talent into the team.
  • Set clear expectations, evaluating performance, providing constructive feedback, and addressing underperformance.
  • Effectively assigning tasks and responsibilities, empowering team members, and monitoring the delivery.
  • Creating a positive and engaging work environment, recognizing achievements, and fostering a sense of purpose and belonging.
  • Effectively managing and allocating resources (people, budget, time, tools) to achieve objectives.
What do we expect?
  • Seasoned (15+ years) in managing client operations, delivery, or service teams in data-intensive or technology-driven environments.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the pricing solution and its functionalities across the spectrum of ML algorithm, backend and front-end applications
  • Proven ability to manage time-sensitive, mission-critical deliverables with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under tight timelines.
  • Experience working across overlapping time zones and collaborating with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with operational tools such as Excel, Jira, ServiceNow, and dashboards.
  • Ownership mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
  • Experience in retail pricing operations preferred.
