Senior System Engineer - Production Support

Job Description
- Should have 4+ years of experience with previous experience in Production Support Projects.
- Flexible to work in 24X7 shifts.
- Should work from office 5days work week.
- Ability to analyze system logs, error messages, and other data to identify patterns and trends and triage issues.
- Good Hands-on knowledge of ETL Tools (Ex DataStage, Informatica, Oracle Data integrator or SSIS ) SQL, PL SQL, Unix/Linux commands, monitoring of batch processes, and troubleshooting required.
- Secondary Knowledge of Azure Data Factory/Python/ Databricks/ ADB Notebook would be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of ITSM tools and schedulers.
- Understanding of any one of the scripting tools Perl/Python/UNIX Shell.
- Awareness of Support Process and best practices.
- Inform stakeholders in case of any failure or SLA miss. Involve the appropriate team to debug & fix the issue.
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and work in a team in a collaborative fashion.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Good Hands on knowledge of ETL Tools (Ex Datastage, Informatica, Oracle Data integrator or SSIS ) SQL, PL SQL,Unix/ Linux commands, monitoring of batch processes, and troubleshooting required.
- Secondary Knowledge of Azure Data Factory/Python/ Databricks/ ADB Notebook would be an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with machine learning models and web application support is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
