As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will responsible for below:
- Should have 6+ years of experience in Leading Production Support / data migration projects Primarily in Azure ADF, Databricks, Synapse etc
- Hands on Experience in Developing ADF pipelines, Databricks notebooks, SQL queries as an L3 engineer or developer
- Flexible to work in 24X7 shifts.
- Flexible to work from office 3-5days work week.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Technical Support Team.
- Act as an SPOC for all stakeholders (customer and internal) who will take accountability for delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a mentor and provide oversight, coaching, and training to technical support staff
- First point of contact for all escalations.
- Track SLAs and report the same as part of WSRs.
- Should understand shift management roasters and be able to work in onsite-offshore model (multi-geo support team).
- On-board all new technical support team members and work in review and creation of SOPs for recurring issues.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in managing communications in Support mode,Critical Incident management, Problem management notifications.
- Good Hands on knowledge of Azure Data Factory/Python/ Databricks/ ADB Notebook, monitoring of batch processes, and troubleshooting required.
- Secondary Knowledge of ETL Tools (Ex Datastage, Informatica, Oracle Data integrator or SSIS ) SQL, PL SQL, Unix/ Linux commands would be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and work in a team in a collaborative fashion.
