Role Overview:
Experienced Data Scientist with a strong background with strong experience in building and deploying ML models in business contexts. In addition to technical expertise, Experience in marketing analytics within BFSI is highly valuable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, Snowpark/PySpark, and SAS to extract patterns and business insights.
- Develop, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel/PPT; leverage Tableau or Power BI for visualization.
- Design, build, and deploy predictive and prescriptive machine learning models focused on customer segmentation, acquisition, cross-sell, and campaign optimization in the BFSI domain.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques (e.g., A/B testing, regression, propensity scoring, fraud detection, ROI, CLTV) to support performance measurement and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, product, sales) to shape analytics strategy and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Leverage cloud or on-prem technologies (e.g., Hive, Impala, AWS) and Snowflake (Snowpark) platforms for scalable data management and processing.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in data science roles. Exposure to BFSI—experience in credit, lending, acquisition, fraud, and marketing analytics is highly valued.
