About the Role:

We are seeking a Python Developer with strong backend engineering expertise and experience in building scalable, integration-heavy applications. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying backend services, APIs, and automation solutions that power enterprise-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities:

 Backend Development

Design and implement robust, scalable back-end services using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
Build and integrate APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
Ensure performance optimization, security, and cost efficiency.

 Automation & Integration

Develop automation workflows to optimize business processes.
Integrate systems and data pipelines through APIs and cloud-native solutions.
Leverage modern integration platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, or similar) where relevant.

 DevOps & Governance

Apply CI/CD practices, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Monitor and maintain services for reliability and compliance.
Document designs, workflows, and best practices.

 Collaboration

Work closely with analysts, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Skills:

4–6 years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integration.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Docker/Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills:

· Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

· Exposure to Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.).

· Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks.

· Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, automated testing, monitoring frameworks.

· Experience with database technologies and data integration.
