Curious about the role? What your typical day would look like?
We are seeking an experienced Workiva resource to support our banking client in implementing, enhancing, and managing Workiva solutions for financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and process automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial servicesregulatory reporting, and Workiva Wdesk platform configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Workiva Wdesk solutions for financial, regulatory, and risk reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance, risk, and compliance teams to design automated reporting processes and streamline data workflows.
  • Develop and manage connected reporting templates, dashboards, and reports.
  • Integrate Workiva with source systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses, spreadsheets).
  • Support Regulatory Reporting and Financial Reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all Workiva deliverables.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities within Workiva.


Job Requirement

Required Qualifications:

  • 4–14 years of hands-on experience with Workiva Wdesk platform (implementation or administration).
  • Strong understanding of financial reportingregulatory compliance, and risk management processes in banking.
  • Experience with XBRL taggingworkflow automation, and data connectivity in Workiva.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and reporting standards.
  • Advanced Exceldata modeling, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems or data integration tools.
  • Background in accounting, finance, or regulatory reporting within the banking sector.
  • Workiva certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile environments or on digital transformation initiatives.
  • Hands on experience on other reporting tools (Power BI / Tableau)
