Curious about the role? What your typical day would look like?

As a Data Scientist,

You'll be responsible for providing deep analytical insights and developing predictive models to drive key business decisions. In doing so, you will closely collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and other analysts across global locations.
Utilize expert-level SQL to query, extract, manipulate, and join large, complex datasets from various sources (e.g., CRM, Web Analytics, Ad Platforms).
Perform robust data cleaning and transformation for marketing attribution and segmentation models.
Develop, maintain, and execute statistical programs and models using SAS (Base SAS, SAS Macros, SAS/STAT) for Modeling promotional effectiveness, and forecasting market response.
Leverage Python(using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) to develop and deploy advanced predictive models for Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), churn prediction, and next-best-offer recommendations.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments for digital campaigns, landing pages, and product features, using causal inference techniques to measure incremental impact.
Create ,automate, and rationalize recurring reports and interactive dashboards (e.g., using Tableau/Power BI) to track key marketing KPIs (e.g., CPA, LTV, ROI) and channel performance.
Analytical Translation: Translate complex business problems into sophisticated analytical structures, conceptualising solutions anchored in statistical and machine learning methodologies.
Problem Solving: While technical proficiency in data manipulation, statistical modelling, and machine learning is crucial, the ability to apply these skills to solve real-world business problems is equally vital.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with multiple teams, including Consulting and Engineering, fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders to meet deadlines and bring Analytical Solutions to life.

What do we expect?

3 - 7 years of Relevant Data Science Experience, with demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience navigating data science complexities.
Must-Have Skills: SAS, SQL, Modelling, Python. Proficiency in these key skills is crucial to thriving in this role.
Good to have Skills: BFS exposure, Snowflake
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
