Job Requirement
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Jr. Client Partners/ Account Managers to assist in growing and managing key client relationships. This individual will work closely with the Client Partner to meet with existing and potential clients, articulate our value proposition, and help expand the business. In addition to client-facing responsibilities, the candidate will handle operational tasks to ensure seamless execution and support backend functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Present and convey the company’s value proposition effectively to drive business growth.
  • Support in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate on client strategy and account management initiatives.
  • Manage backend operational tasks, ensuring smooth client service delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and client communications.
  • Oversee revenue tracking, pipeline management, and client renewals to meet business targets.
  • Negotiate with procurement teams on rate cards, resourcing requirements and contracts.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in client management, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in building and nurturing client relationships. Experience working with GCC clients is essential.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both client-facing and operational responsibilities.
  • Proven track record on commercial governance, compliance and reconciliation with client and internal teams
  • Experience in consulting and analytics is required, and ability to engage on their analytics and data roadmaps.
  • Hyderabad/ Bangalore candidates are preferred. Will be required to visit the client premises 2-3 days/ week to engage with clients and identify opportunities.
