We are looking for a Senior Lead to   join the team, responsible for building high-quality, scalable applications   through hands-on development and strong technical ownership. The role   involves translating user stories into detailed technical specifications,   ensuring coding excellence through peer reviews, and working closely with QA   and program teams to support testing and production releases.

Deliver hands-on development using Python and   Angular across application components

Write detailed technical specifications for   user stories, ensuring clear and accurate translation of functional   requirements

Conduct and manage peer code reviews to   maintain high coding standards and best practices

Collaborate closely with testers and program   managers to plan, execute, and support testing cycles and production   deployments

Contribute to improving application   performance, scalability, and maintainability

Act as a technical point of contact within the   team, supporting junior developers and ensuring delivery quality Follow and promote strong DevOps and CI/CD   practices

5–8 years of hands-on experience in   application development with strong expertise in Python, Angular, and DevOps   practices.

Strong hands-on experience with Python

Solid frontend development experience using   Angular

Good understanding and hands-on exposure to   DevOps practices (CI/CD, build, deploy, release processes)

Experience working in Agile delivery   environments

Strong problem-solving, communication, and   collaboration skills
