About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architect. As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and architecting scalable and efficient web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive the technical direction of our projects.

This role requires deep knowledge of backend technologies (Python), frontend development (ReactJS), and strong architectural skills. You will be expected to define the architecture, lead technical discussions, and deliver high-quality solutions while balancing both short-term needs and long-term scalability.

What do we expect?

8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3-4 years in an architecture/leadership role.
Prior experience in leading or being a senior part of a development team, mentoring engineers, and setting technical direction.
Extensive experience in ReactJS (with Hooks, Redux, etc.), and modern frontend development
Solid understanding of both frontend and backend best practices, with a deep understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
Experience in database management (SQL/NoSQL) and optimizing queries for large-scale applications.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Production Readiness: Proven experience in deploying and scaling models including experience in performance optimization
Deployment Tools & Best Practices: Strong experience in Devops and associated technology such as containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), model monitoring and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for deploying AI solutions at scale (Good to have)
Proven experience in architecting complex, large-scale web applications
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
