Tiger Analytics is seeking a AI Solutions Architect (Presales Consultant) is a critical technical and strategic role that serves as the bridge between our core AI offerings, the sales team, and the customer’s business needs. This role is responsible for translating complex customer challenges into compelling, scalable AI solutions, demonstrating technical feasibility, and articulating clear Return on Investment (ROI).
As the subject matter expert in Generative AI & Agentic AI applications, driving the technical close on the most strategic enterprise opportunities.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead technical discovery sessions to analyse customer environments, identify pain points, and design end-to-end AI solution architectures in collaboration with technical teams.
2. Define and validate integration approaches for AI solutions with existing enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and CPaaS platforms.
3. Conduct technical and business workshops, including whiteboarding sessions, with architects, engineering leaders, and CXOs to align on solution design.
4. Design and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and rapid prototypes to demonstrate technical feasibility and measurable business outcomes.
5. Develop and maintain industry-specific AI demos and solution showcases to support presales and customer engagements.
6. Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to technically qualify opportunities and support deal strategy throughout the sales cycle.
7. Lead executive-level discussions and presentations, translating complex AI capabilities into clear business value and ROI.
8. Own technical solutioning and content for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and differentiation.
9. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and constraints within proposed solutions and define mitigation strategies.
10. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate PoC feedback and influence the AI product roadmap.
11. Stay current on GenAI and Agentic AI trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
12. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, training, and best practices for AI solution selling.
