The Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, supporting data pipelines, and collaborating with business stakeholders and engineering teams. The analyst will also develop functional specifications to ensure accurate data product development and analytics solutions.

· Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business insights.

· Develop Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to support the design and

· development of data models, analytics solutions, and data pipelines.

· Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to

· translate business requirements into technical specifications.

· Work with large datasets using SQL, Python, or other analytics tools to perform

· exploratory data analysis and trend identification.
Develop dashboards and visualization reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau,

· or similar platforms.

· Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across datasets and analytics outputs.

· Support development of automated data pipelines and workflows in collaboration with

· engineering teams.

· Document data definitions, transformation logic, and metadata to ensure transparency

· and maintainability.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights.

Skills and Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

· 3–8 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related roles.

· Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.

· Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

· Understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL/ELT processes.

· Ability to write clear Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
