We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director – AI/ML with Generative AI expertise

to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. This role will drive

enterprise AI strategy, lead high-performing data science teams, and deliver scalable AI/ML and

GenAI solutions that create business value.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning,

Generative AI, and enterprise-scale AI platforms, along with proven leadership in delivering

AI-driven products.

● Define and drive the AI/ML and Generative AI strategy aligned with business goals.

● Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI, LLMs, and advanced analytics to improve products, services,

and operations.

● Lead the development of AI-powered solutions including chatbots, copilots, recommendation systems,

and automation tools.

● Architect and deliver scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions across business functions.

● Design and implement LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or

similar.

● Build RAG-based systems, prompt engineering frameworks, and fine-tuning pipelines.

● Ensure production deployment using MLOps and scalable cloud platforms.

● Lead and mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers

● Build and scale high-performing AI/ML teams.

● Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

● Work with senior leadership to translate business challenges into AI solutions.

● Present AI strategies, roadmaps, and impact to executive stakeholders.

● 10–14+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML engineering, or advanced analytics.

● 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing AI/ML teams.

 Strong expertise in:

● Machine Learning & Deep Learning

● Generative AI and Large Language Models

● Prompt engineering and RAG architectures

● Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and ML frameworks.

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI deployments.
