Curious about the role? What would your typical day look like?

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with strong expertise in both Production Support and Business Analysis. This role requires ensuring smooth system operations while driving requirement gathering, analysis, and solution delivery across business and technology teams.

  • Manage and lead production support activities for critical applications and systems.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis, implement preventive measures, and maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support testing phases, including UAT, regression, and production validation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge base creation.
  • Drive automation opportunities in support and analysis processes.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational standards, and change management processes.
Job Requirement
  • 10+ years of combined experience in Production Support and Business Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of incident management, change management, and release processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL/database queries for troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and documentation practices.
  • Ability to analyse complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in high-availability environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Leadership qualities with experience mentoring or guiding teams.
