We are looking for a highly versatile, Techno-Functional Leader for our Solutions & Growth stream. This is
a dynamic, product/services-style pre-sales roles, where you will act as the ultimate bridge between our
cutting-edge technology and business growth. Serve as a bridge between AI/ML technology and business
growth, driving both solutioning and revenue for enterprise clients.
Tiger Analytics has developed a robust suite of sophisticated offerings and assets. Your core mission will
be to deeply understand this entire analytical spectrum (Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, and AI),
packages these offerings, and evangelize them to enterprise clients. You will own the client pitch, drive
high-impact product demos, manage the revenue pipeline, and use market insights to directly influence our
product and offering roadmap.

As part of this role, you will:

● Offering Evangelism and Client Pitching: Act as the primary technical face of Tiger’s solution suite.
Translate complex data and AI offerings into compelling, high-value business propositions for clients.
● Technical Demos & Solutioning: Conceptualize, build, and deliver high-impact technical demos and
Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that showcase the immediate value of our solutions.
● Pipeline & Revenue Ownership: Actively manage the sales pipeline from initial engagement to
closure. Drive business development efforts to unlock new revenue streams from both new and
existing accounts. Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling AI capabilities.
● Roadmap and Market Analysis: Conduct rigorous market analysis to understand industry trends and
competitor landscapes. Feedback client insights to internal teams to enhance and evolve our core
offering roadmap.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with technical/ delivery teams to ensure the
offerings pitched align seamlessly with our execution capabilities.


Job Requirement
Who do we expect?

● Experience: 10–13 years of experience sitting at the intersection of technology and business growth
(Data/ AIML Consulting, Product Pre-sales, or Techno-functional account management).
● Technical Foundation: Strong foundational knowledge across the analytical spectrum—including
Data Engineering, Data Analysis, Data Warehousing, and AI/ML.
● Cloud & Modern AI: A solid understanding of the basic functions and architecture of major Cloud
platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support our modern AI and GenAI offerings. (Exposure to
Generative AI tools and frameworks is a strong plus).
● Business Acumen: Proven experience owning or heavily influencing revenue targets, managing sales
pipelines, and leading client-facing business development initiatives.
● Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to seamlessly switch between deep technical
discussions with engineers and complex AI concepts into business value/ ROI-driven business pitches.
● Proven experience in: Client engagement and solution selling, PoC development and technical demos
and Revenue ownership or sales supports with strong technical inputs.
● Good-to-Have: Prior experience handling RFPs, RFIs, and formal proposals.
