ABOUT THE ROLE

As a BD & Solutioning professional in our Life Sciences and Pharma practice, you will play a dual role: shaping winning proposals and solutions for prospective and existing clients, while serving as a trusted domain advisor who can translate complex analytics and AI capabilities into tangible business value. You will work closely with sales leaders, practice heads, and delivery teams across the full opportunity lifecycle.

On a typical workday, you could be doing one or more of the following:

Own and drive RFP/RFI/RFQ responses by stitching together custom solutions and compelling narratives.
Develop high-impact value proposition decks and proposals that articulate Tiger`s differentiation in the Pharma and Healthcare analytics space.
Support sales team with client conversations, probe to uncover strategic pain points, and qualify opportunities for conversion.
Translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytic problem statements and solution frameworks.
Design solution architectures and analytical frameworks in response to client briefs, balancing domain relevance with technical feasibility.
Collaborate with practice and delivery leads to propose and refine solutions, refine effort estimates, and to ensure proposals reflect Tiger`s delivery capability.
Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and AI specialists to design technically credible, commercially viable solutions.
Draft and review commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and Vendor Agreements on a best-efforts basis.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

9+ years of relevant experience in analytics services, pharma/healthcare consulting, or a solutioning/BD role in an analytics context.
Leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives end-to-end.
Deep, working knowledge of Pharma use cases and familiarity with third-party pharma data assets: IQVIA, Symphony Health, APLD, LAAD, and similar sources.
Exposure to AI/ML applications in pharma
Familiarity with modern data and AI platforms including cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools such as Snowflake and Databricks.
Prior experience working with US-based pharma or healthcare clients is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong business storytelling ability.
MBA and/or Bachelor/Master`s in Engineering, Life Sciences, Statistics, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.

Solutioning and Business Development

Proven track record of owning and winning RFP/RFI responses and large proposals in an analytics or consulting services context.
Strong consultative instincts: ability to listen for signals, reframe problems, and propose solutions that feel bespoke rather than templated.
Experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs from large global pharma companies is preferred.
Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
Strong research & analytical skills to understand industry trends and clientʼs business
