L3 Support - Full Stack Engineer - SE / SSE

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Support Engineer with hands-on expertise in supporting and maintaining complex applications across front-end and back-end systems. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, leadership in support processes, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide advanced technical support for full-stack applications, including UI, APIs, databases, and integrations.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Manage escalated support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in production.
  • Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and establish best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior support engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to align support with business needs.
Job Requirement
  • 5–9 years of experience in full-stack development and technical support.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Expertise in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET).
  • Advanced knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization skills.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus).
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other structured support frameworks.
  • Ability to manage priorities in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong customer focus and proactive problem-solving mindset.
