Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain REST APIs using Python (FastAPI).
Perform production deployments, release validation, and post-deployment monitoring.
Investigate production issues, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes.
Monitor application health, logs, and performance using Azure monitoring tools.
Collaborate with business users, product teams, and infrastructure teams to resolve application issues.
Support CI/CD pipelines and application release activities.
Work with Databricks and AI/ML integrated applications for troubleshooting and operational support.

Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and application improvements.

Job Requirement

4+ Years of experience required in full-stack application and L3 Production support
Hands-on experience with Azure is preferred ( Azure App Service, Azure Functions (preferred), Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Azure DevOps)
Good prod support knowledge: L2/L3 Application Support, Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, Performance Tuning, Production Deployments, Release Management, Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Good experience with Enterprise web applications, Azure cloud-hosted applications, Agile/Scrum delivery, Client-facing support, ITIL processes
Must have Backend(Python, FastAPI), Databricks, Vector Search Concepts, Azure OpenAI, RAG application Troubleshooting, MLflow basics, Production Support for AI/Data Applications
Good to have React.js (Basic), Azure App Services, Azure AI Foundry,& Git / Azure DevOps
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
