Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs using Python (FastAPI).
  • Perform production deployments, release validation, and post-deployment monitoring.
  • Investigate production issues, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Monitor application health, logs, and performance using Azure monitoring tools.
  • Collaborate with business users, product teams, and infrastructure teams to resolve application issues.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and application release activities.
  • Work with Databricks and AI/ML integrated applications for troubleshooting and operational support.
Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and application improvements.
Job Requirement

  • 4+ Years of experience required in full-stack application and L3 Production support 
  • Hands-on experience with Azure is preferred ( Azure App Service, Azure Functions (preferred), Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault,  Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Azure DevOps)
  • Good prod support knowledge: L2/L3 Application Support,   Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, Performance Tuning, Production  Deployments, Release Management, Monitoring & Troubleshooting
  • Good experience with Enterprise web applications, Azure  cloud-hosted applications, Agile/Scrum delivery, Client-facing support,  ITIL processes
  • Must have Backend(Python, FastAPI), Databricks, Vector Search Concepts, Azure OpenAI, RAG application Troubleshooting, MLflow basics, Production Support for AI/Data Applications
  • Good to have React.js (Basic), Azure App Services, Azure AI Foundry,& Git / Azure DevOps
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
